I love my grill. In the summer, we use it almost every night to cook. Tonight, we grilled skirt steak drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with McCormick’s Montreal Steak Seasoning. The asparagus was also drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper.
We like skirt steak since it has a nice fat content and cooks quickly, which is great for a week day meal. Being outside grilling has made ache for my favorite summertime treat- sweet corn. Oh. dear. God. Is it sweet corn season yet?
