Tonight, we had leftovers. I am normally not big on reheating but we have too much in the fridge and it needs to get used up before we head off to Boston. I pan-heated these slices of lamb. I *might* have eaten these straight from the pan. So what! Who cares? What are you, my mother?
Then I boiled some whole wheat orecchiette pasta, tossed it with a pad of butter and some marinated artichokes. I also sprinkled some shredded romano cheese on it.
