This afternoon, we spent some time running errands. Our Costco Trip was more than successful. We buy most of our meat there and stocked up on pork loin, pork chops, steak, chicken and a bunch of other yummy things. We also stopped at a Health Food store in Kimberton, PA. I love health food stores. We didn’t get much. Just some flaw oil, vitamin, raw honey and chocolate.
When we got home, we changed and took off for French Creek State Park. We did a 3 mile hike and I ran/jogged half of it. I haven’t been exercising due to some medical issues, but it felt good to be out there. I am really optimistic that I will be able to work out in the coming weeks and am actually excited about the whole thing.
For dinner, I grilled some of the steak we bought at Costco and watched the Master’s tournament on television. Ron loves golf and missed the Masters last year since it was during Easter weekend. I promised not to bug him too much about watching it this year.
I ate half of this steak, all of the asparagus and potatoes. The potatoes are steamed red butter potatoes that are coarsely mashed with butter and fresh dill.
