Tonight we headed to our favorite restaurant, Iron Hill Brewery. We drank, had sweet potato French fries and ate crab cakes and chicken breast. Oh la la. I love date night. And savignon blanc. Yes. That.

I have lost a little bit of weight. nothing crazy. I am just trying to walk more and eat a little less. I was down 9 lbs before our vacation. now, it’s more like 7.
