So, I might not have had breakfast this morning. I woke up a little late and rushed around. I did make a pit stop at Dunkin’ Donuts for and iced latte, though. I know that skipping breakfast is a bad idea, but it happens.

On my way to work this morning, I grabbed a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese from Dunkin’ Donuts. While there, I also grabbed a medium nonfat, iced latte that I sweetened with splenda.
