So, I might not have had breakfast this morning. I woke up a little late and rushed around. I did make a pit stop at Dunkin’ Donuts for and iced latte, though. I know that skipping breakfast is a bad idea, but it happens.

Good morning. I hope your Sunday was as restful and productive as mine was. We got some shopping done and went for a hike in the hot hot heat. Last niht it was stormy and very Florida summer type weather. Unfortunately, today looks like much of the same. Rainy and grey. But I mustn’t let that slow me down. This morning, I munched on a juicy apple while frying an egg over-easy and toasting my whole grain bread. Colby loves to munch on the apple core. So anytime I bite into an apple, she is right next to me, patiently waiting for her turn. Today, I am going clothes shopping. Exciting. I also need to do some kind of exercise: maybe a yoga or Jillian Michael’s video? We’ll see.

My wonderful husband let me sleep until 11 am. It really made a difference and I am starting to feel better. I had an egg overeasy with whole grain bread. While I was cooking, I was starving, so I had an apple to take the edge off. My plan today is to work on all the grocery shopping and clean up our kitchen. Then, Ron and I will take Colby for a hike.

I am still feeling under the weather but since I started working this week, I have been some what neglecting my house. So, today’s plan is to clean and organize and finish up some of my to-do list from work. I also think a mani-pedi will happen in there, too. It is Friday after all! For breakfast, I had an over easy egg on sourdough toast. I also had a small apple. I am sipping on some green tea right now. Hope you have a great Friday! Any fun plans for the weekend?

On my way to work this morning, I grabbed a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese from Dunkin’ Donuts. While there, I also grabbed a medium nonfat, iced latte that I sweetened with splenda. I only ate half of the bagel and had this beautiful Pennsylvania apple. I am now sipping on some green tea from home since I feel the sniffles coming on. I hope you all have a great morning.

This morning I am starting my new job on a campaign but not Bedford having breakfast. I had and egg over easy on sourdough toast. I also had sparkling oj. The best part was that I had a few minutes to watch some tv. My favorite show, The West Wing was showing. God bless Bravo! WW inspires me on any given day, but right when you are gearing up to work on congressional race? It’s enough to make you weep.

Sorry for the lack of posts and my lateness with breakfast. The weather here is cold and rainy and have zero motivation to do anything. I finally got around to feeding myself some oatmeal and once I post this blog I am going to plan my meals for the next week. Hopefully, the sun comes out later because this is just opressive.

This morning, while Ron is at his conference, I am meeting an old friend from my days competing in high school debate, Ashleigh. She picked a place in the swanky and adorable neighborhood of Beacon Hill. It was so good seeing her and the food was great. I had 2 eggs over easy with wheat toast and sausage. Now, I am sitting at Starbucks, sipping on some green tea. I am meeting up with my friend, Serg in just a few. I think an adventure may be ahead!

I hate when I wake up hungry and have no idea what I want. That has happened to me over the past two days. Blerg. This morning, I decided to just eat a huge apple to end the starving part and maybe go get a huge iced coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts. The pictures are focused more on Colby because she loves apples. She even eats the cores when I am done. She is sitting all patient waiting for me to finish so she can nibble on the apple. I am so bummed that tomorrow we have to take her to a kennel. I am going to miss her while we are in Boston. But today is fun day for her. We’re going to Dog Days at a local park and then might do a short little hike in French Creek State Park. I hope you are enjoying your Saturday!
