So, I did end up making brookies today. I cranked up my music from Glee and baked my little heart out. I am proud of myself for not devouring all the dough (as per usual.) Instead, I only tried the brownie part of the batter. I also added coconut to the cookie part. Yum!
Happy Friday, y’all. Today was spent driving to Lancaster for a job interview…I GOT IT! I will be working 3 days a week, so I will still have free time to cook and what not. I am so happy about this new development. For dinner, I grilled some skirt steak and asparagus, while Ron tossed a salad together. Yummy and healthy. I am really excited about this weekend- we’re going to “Dog Days” at our local park with Colby. I promise to take lots of pictures. I am also thinking about making these. What do you think? Should I make Brookies?
