So, I might not have had breakfast this morning. I woke up a little late and rushed around. I did make a pit stop at Dunkin’ Donuts for and iced latte, though. I know that skipping breakfast is a bad idea, but it happens.

I started feeling a little nasty yesterday so I slept a little extra this morning and grabbed breakfast on the road again. I had a medium skim latte and a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese. I am sipping on green tea now. Hopefully, this and the old school Madonna I am cranking will cure [...]

This morning on my way to my doctor’s appointment, I grabbed a grande iced soy chi latte and oatmeal with nuts and brown sugar. Yummy.
