We spent the morning outside working on our yard. Naturally, we worked up an appetite. I grilled some frozen hamburger patties and topped them with sharp cheddar. We ate out on our deck. Even though it is super windy.

It has been rainy and dreary here all damn day. So instead of grilling pork chops, I made baked artichoke and spinach pasta. Ron tossed together a salad. Lots of veggies. Tomorrow, I start my new job. So excited and anxious. Wish me luck!

A VERY late lunch (oops!)

This is whole wheat rigatoni, artichoke hearts, spinach and LOTS of mozzarella cheese. I got this recipe from the most recent Real Simple Magazine. I love artichoke hearts. I could eat a whole can. All. by. myself. Yup, they are yummy.

Alright, back to working on my taxes and packing.
