I woke upthis morning SO sore. Thank you, Jillian Michaels. I had my standard breakfast of egg, toast and apple. Now, it is time for green tea and work.

I work Tuesday- Thursday and need a quick easy meal before I head out the door. I think that it why I usually grab eggs and toast. It keeps me full and doesn’t feel heavy in my stomach. I was very proud of myself for packing my lunch last night and not so proud when I was halfway to Lancaster without it. I guess I will just have to improvise. Right now, I am sipping on green tea and need to get to work. I hope you all have a great Tuesday!

Good morning. I hope your Sunday was as restful and productive as mine was. We got some shopping done and went for a hike in the hot hot heat. Last niht it was stormy and very Florida summer type weather. Unfortunately, today looks like much of the same. Rainy and grey. But I mustn’t let that slow me down. This morning, I munched on a juicy apple while frying an egg over-easy and toasting my whole grain bread. Colby loves to munch on the apple core. So anytime I bite into an apple, she is right next to me, patiently waiting for her turn. Today, I am going clothes shopping. Exciting. I also need to do some kind of exercise: maybe a yoga or Jillian Michael’s video? We’ll see.
